Operation Chandra considered allegations that 2 locally engaged employees at the Australian High Commission in Phnom Penh, Cambodia were engaging in corrupt conduct by improperly accessing information relating to visa applications. The Integrity Commissioner found that both locally engaged employees had engaged in corrupt conduct within the meaning of the Law Enforcement Integrity Commissioner Act 2006 (Cth).
