Operation Embla considered allegations that 2 locally engaged employees at the Australian High Commission in Pretoria, South Africa were engaging in corrupt conduct by improperly granting Australian visa applications in exchange for money. The Integrity Commissioner found that one of the locally engaged employees had engaged in corrupt conduct within the meaning of the Law Enforcement Integrity Commissioner Act 2006 (Cth).
